Executive Oversight
Understanding the importance of developing and sustaining a strategic partnership with our clients, we have developed an innovative Executive Oversight Program that brings accountability to the forefront. The program includes both formalized, scheduled meetings between our Executive team and client representatives as well as ad hoc “touch base” opportunities that can be initiated by either party.
These meetings will begin in tandem with the transition period (usually three months before the start of the contract). At this time, both parties will discuss the goals, values and key issues of the contract. By meeting prior to the start of the contract, we can ensure that our core values are perfectly aligned with the values of the client, which helps makes sure that we are all on the same page and have the same mutual expectations.
We will appoint a Key Contact from our Executive team who will be a dedicated liaison between our company and our client. This individual will be matched with the client based on their experience working in similar vertical markets. By doing this, we can give our clients the benefit of industry “cross pollination” and bring innovative best practices to our contracts.
